The Churchill Landing Association Inc. (CLA) is a non-profit organization that privately owns 18 acres of beach accessible via 9 right-of-ways between the jetty south of Churchill Landing and the right-of-way at the end of Circuit Ave (with the exception of a 50 foot strip belonging to lot 389).

Please assist the community by maintaining abutting properties to keep the nine rights-of-way accessible.

7. BRADFORD Avenue (between 111 & 119 Manomet Avenue)

8. ACCESS between 143/147 and 153/157 Manomet Avenue (located South of Samoset Avenue/North of Vinal Avenue)

9. ACCESS between 171 and 179 Manomet Avenue (end of Circuit Avenue)
