Drop-off & pick-up: Please drop off and pick up on Manomet Avenue; only foot traffic is allowed on the dirt road section of Old Beach Road.
No Parking on Manomet Avenue, Old Beach Road, or the side streets off of Old Beach Road: Police monitor and issue parking tickets here!
Use the gangway to access the beach and help minimize erosion.
No climbing or sitting on the seawalls or bluffs: They’re unstable and can be dangerous, especially to children.
No dogs off-leash (and please, clean up after your pets).
Don’t store or hang personal items on the snow fence; it’s there to protect the bluffs from erosion.
No overnighting: No camping, storing of personal items, or tents/cabanas allowed overnight on the beach.
Take your trash with you: Please keep our beach cleaner than you found it!
Boats and jet skis: Please be cautious when approaching the beach from the water. Churchill Landing is a designated swimming beach, so go slowly when approaching the beach/swimming area and mind the people in the water.
Bonfires: Permits are needed for bonfires—even for July 3rd and 4th—and can be obtained for a fee from the Plymouth Fire Department.
Repairs and building of stairs, seawalls, or bluff landscaping: Please contact CLA for approval, related fees, and more information.
Report excessive noise, unruly behavior, or suspicious activity to the Plymouth Police or Fire Departments. Email all other feedback to the CLA.
Additional Beach Rules are posted at the Churchill Landing right-of-way.
